System Updates - August 2025

VEHICLES & STATIONS

• Fixed a bug where the Vehicle Details Export (Vehicle & Station > Logs & Reports > Vehicle Details Export) wasn't displaying properly. 
• Fixed a bug where the Full Schedule page (Actions > Full Schedule) was showing the red alert icon on tasks for which there were no open alerts. 

SCBA / PPE / ASSETS

• Fixed a bug where the PPE module was still visible to some users who were set to No Access in certain circumstances.

SUPPLIES & PROCUREMENT

• Sped up Supplies pages for quicker access to reports and admin functions. These pages include:
  • Supplies Logs (Supplies > Logs & Reports > Logs) - View Event button
  • Supplies List (Supplies > Supplies List) 
  • Manage Items (Settings > Supplies > Manage Items)
  • Manage Containers (Settings > Supplies > Manage Containers)
• 
• Updated the logic on the Supplies Transfer event to combine items with the same lot number / expiration date when transferring to the destination container.
• Fixed a bug with the Full Supplies Export (Supplies > Logs & Reports > Full Supplies Export) where some containers weren't displaying in certain circumstances.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

• Added a flag to allow departments to choose whether they want to use the new “display destination QoH/Par when performing transfer” feature. By default, theDestination QoH, Min, and Max will display when transferring vials from one container to another (see image below). However, this can now be disabled by our team. To shut off this feature, please contact us. 
  
  

• Fixed a bug where the CS Transaction Log report wasn't sending under certain conditions. This report is generated when the results of the CS Transaction Log (CS > Log & Reports > CS Transaction Log) exceed 750 records and need to be emailed, rather than displayed on screen.

OTHER

• Fixed a bug where attachments with periods in their filename weren't uploading in some areas.

• Fixed a bug where certain users in Canada were seeing the wrong URL listed in alert notification emails.
