System Updates - April 2025
Here's what we've been working on...
VEHICLE & STATION
- The Fleet Status Report (Mobile) now shows the vehicle color. (Here's how to color code vehicles).
- Fixed a bug where attachments added to Transfer Checklists weren't displaying to end users.
SCBA / PPE / ASSETS
- The "Actions" button on the PPE Gear List populates faster, particularly when displaying large data sets (1000+ pieces of gear).
- On PPE Home under the "As-Needed Check" section, we removed the "None Entered" text for gear with no expiration date. If no date is entered, the field is blank - which is consistent across other fields / areas.
- Fixed a bug where SCBA, PPE, and Assets custom date fields weren't displaying properly on the gear lists.
- Fixed a bug in SCBA causing some past-due cylinders to not appear in the Hydro Test Date Report.
SUPPLIES & PROCUREMENT
- The "Scheduled Supplies Check" section has been moved above the "As-Needed Supplies Check" section on the Supplies Home page. This was done to help avoid a common user error where users were inadvertently logging as-needed checks rather than scheduled checks.
- Fixed a bug in Supplies where general supplies alerts weren't submitting when the description exceeded 255 characters. A character counter has been added and the form will not submit if the limit is exceeded.
- Fixed a bug in Supplies to remove deleted items from open alerts.
- Fixed a bug in Procurement that was causing the Purchase Orders page to fail to display under certain conditions based on specific screen sizes.
- Fixed a bug in Procurement where orders submitted via the Life-Assist integration weren't updating beyond "Draft" status.
CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES
- Updated the auto-alert functionality on agencies with movable controlled substance containers when a container is logged in a location to which it wasn't previously located.
- Fixed a bug for agencies using movable controlled substance containers where automatic alerts weren't posting on container transfer events.
OTHER
- A column for "Home Station" has been added to the User List to make it easy to identify, search, and filter the station assignment for each user.
- The "forgot password" message was modified slightly for consistency across different login methods (traditional username / password and SSO).
