Issue:
Some users have complained about getting logged out of PSTrax when clicking certain links (the SCBA or PPE link on the navigation bar, the Record as Out-of-Service link on the apparatus dropdown, etc.). This mostly happens when using an iPhone with Safari as the browser, though some users have had this happen with Android devices using Chrome as the browser. While we aren't able to pinpoint the exact circumstances that cause this (since Apple and Google are too busy to deal with the likes of us), we know that it has something to do with the browser not clearing out the web cache. Here's how to fix:

While we aren't able to pinpoint the exact circumstances that cause this (since it's an Apple/Safari issue), we know that it has something to do with Safari not clearing out the web cache. To fix, on your iPhone:
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll down to Safari.
- Click Advanced > Website Data.
- Click the Edit link at the top. Click the red icon next to "pstrax.com".
- Log in to PSTrax and try again.
Solution - Android/Chrome:
- Click the Customize and control Google Chrome button (looks like three dots stacked on top of one another).
- Go to More tools > Clear browsing data.
- Select Cached images and files (you don't need to select Browsing history or Cookies). Then click Clear data.
- Log in to PSTrax and try again.
