Viewing SCBA logs & reports

Summary

The SCBA Logs and Reports section in PSTrax gives you access to a complete historical record of every SCBA inspection, status change, assignment update, and more. This information is sortable, searchable, and exportable, allowing you to track the full lifecycle of your SCBA gear from purchase to retirement.

Instructions

You can access SCBA logs and reports by going to SCBA → Logs and Reports from the navigation panel. This section provides detailed reporting and historical data across your entire SCBA inventory.

View Logged SCBA Events

Access Logs
Go to SCBA → Logs or Logs by Task to view all historical activity. These views will include inspections, status changes, assignment changes, and more.
Search and Filter
Use the Search bar at the top or filter by any column header (gear type, date, etc.) to narrow down your results. You can also hide unnecessary columns by clicking the View drop-down.
Export Your Data
Export the information into a printable document, Excel spreadsheet, or PDF using the export options available on the page.

View Gear-Specific History

From the Gear List
Navigate to SCBA → Gear List and click the Details button next to any item.
Run History Reports
Set your Date Range and click View to see the full history of inspections, alerts, status changes, and assignments for that specific piece of gear.

Other SCBA Reports

In addition to standard logs, you can also access the following reports under SCBA → Logs and Reports:

Upcoming Expirations – View gear nearing expiration.
Testing Dates – See when annual or scheduled tests are due.
Air Fill History – Track fill events for SCBA cylinders.
Cost Reports – Review costs associated with gear repairs and maintenance.

Ongoing Access to Data
As with all PSTrax modules, the history of every SCBA item remains in your system—even after gear is retired—so you always have access to a complete record from purchase to retirement.
