VEHICLE & STATION

    • Added "Command Vehicle" to the Type option on the vehicle details page (Actions > Edit Details).
    • Various bug fixes, performance improvements, and security enhancements.

    SCBA / PPE / ASSETS

    • When setting an alert on an SCBA or PPE item, users can now link the alert to a specific piece of gear. Here's how it works:
    • When an asset is present on a vehicle to which it is not assigned, an email will be sent to the appropriate administrators to notify them of the discrepancy.
    • Various bug fixes, performance improvements, and security enhancements.

    SUPPLIES

    • When logging a Restock from Vendor event, only the items you choose to restock will require that an expiration date be input. Some departments have a workflow where they select all items in a container, and use the search and filter options to find the few items they actually want to restock. This allows them to do this without requiring that an expiration date be input on all of the items, including those that aren't selected.
    • Various bug fixes, performance improvements, and security enhancements.

    CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

    • Filters have been added to all inventory events (arriving check, departing check, vial inventory, etc.) so users can quickly search by control number, lot number, expiration date, and more.
    • When restocking from an external vendor, you can add over 1000 vials into the system at once. Previously, this number was limited to about 250, but that has been increased so agencies restocking a large number of vials can do so without having to log multiple transactions.
    • The "PIN Settings" page got renamed to "PIN Statuses" and moved in the navigation panel. This page allows administrators to see which users have and have not set up their PINs (if the PIN feature is enabled). Learn more about PINs here.
    • Various bug fixes, performance improvements, and security enhancements.
