Users and Admin can now export specific checklists for a vehicle or station, rather than every item from every checklist. To access, click Actions next to the vehicle/station you want to export > Edit Checklists (or View Checklists if you're a user) > Export.
A check-all option has been added when building custom reports, so it's easy to select multiple checklists or task groups you want to include. Learn more about custom reports here.

SCBA / PPE / ASSETS
Up to three custom fields can be added to SCBA, PPE, or Asset alerts, in addition to the default information (Priority, Description, and Cost). This is useful for separating out parts and labor costs, reinforcing a policy ("I certify that I have notified my station Captain about this issue"), or gathering additional information for reporting or operational needs.
This settings can currently only be enabled by the PSTrax team. To turn this on, please contact us.
Up to three custom fields can be enabled on the SCBA, PPE, and Assets Lists to log additional information on your equipment. In this update, we added a date field type as an option, so you can easily identify or sort by a calendar date.
A few of the logs and reports were running slow - especially when trying to view historical records for large date ranges. So we sped up the queries to make them faster.

SUPPLIES
The Manage Containers page (Settings > Supplies > Manage Containers) has been updated so the page doesn't refresh every time a container is edited. Rather, only the container that is modified will update. This comes in handy for agencies with a lot of containers, so you don't have to reapply your filters or scroll to find what you're looking for.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES
A check-all option has been applied to the usage and transfer events on containers with the feature enabled. For instance, if your expired vault is set with the check-all option, you can select all vials when you send the controlled substances out for destruction. Full Admin can enable the check-all option by going to Settings > Controlled Substances > Manage Containers > Edit.

Other
When batch editing equipment or users, the checkbox next to the field(s) you are changing is automatically selected. Some users weren't selecting the fields, so their changes weren't saving.
For departments using SSO, each PSTrax user can be set to either login using SSO (which is integrated with your specific identity provider), or they can login using their PSTrax username/password. If SSO is set to Yes for a user, they will be required to login using the SSO method. If they try to log in using the PSTrax UN/PW method, they will receive a message letting them know to log in using SSO. The settings for each user can be adjusted by following these instructions.
The UTC / England time zone has been added for organizations in the UK.
