Create and view custom Vehicle & Station reports
Creating a Custom Report (Admin Only)
Summary
Custom reports in PSTrax allow vehicle and station administrators to consolidate data across multiple apparatus and stations. Instead of manually searching logs for each unit, custom reports combine relevant data into one report, making it easier to track mileage, fuel logs, and equipment usage. Reports can be filtered, edited, and updated to include new units as needed.
Instructions
To create a custom report, navigate to Settings → Vehicle and Station → Create Report. Select the units to include, define the data fields to track, and save the report. Reports can be filtered by date range and unit, modified to include additional information, and accessed through Vehicle and Station Logs & Reports.

Key Difference Between Logs and Custom Reports
- Logs require searching unit by unit (e.g., Engine 1, then Medic 1, then Brush 1).
- Custom Reports pull all selected data into one consolidated view.
