View logged inspections, upcoming expiration dates, items to be restocked, and more.
Summary
PSTrax maintains a historical record of every logged supply event, including usage, restocks, and transfers. These records can be accessed through Logs & Reports in the Navigation Panel, where users can sort data by container, event type, and date. Various reports, such as the Expiration Date Report, Below Min Report, and Trend Report, help track supply levels, restocking needs, and cost trends.
Instructions
To review supply history, navigate to Logs & Reports and use search or filters to locate specific events. Reports can be exported as print documents, Excel spreadsheets, or PDFs for further analysis. The Below Min Report helps manage restocking, while the Trend Report provides insights into usage patterns and costs.
Accessing Supply Logs & Reports

Navigate to Logs & Reports in the Navigation Panel.

Select Logs or Logs by Item to view all recorded supply events.
- Sort entries by container, event type, or date.
- Use the search bar or column filters to refine results.
- Hide unnecessary columns by adjusting the view settings.

Click View Event to see details for a specific transaction, including:
- Item name
- Starting and ending quantity
- Event type
- User who logged the event

Export data as a print document, Excel spreadsheet, or PDF file.
Using the Expiration Date Report

Select Expiration Date Report from the Logs & Reports section.

Search by station, unit, or container to filter results.

View a list of all items that are set to expire within a specific timeframe.

Export the report for record-keeping or inventory planning.
Managing Low Stock with the Below Min Report

Select Below Min Report from Logs & Reports.

Review a consolidated list of all items below their minimum level.
- Items below the minimum appear flagged in red.

Use this report as a shopping list or restock list for reordering supplies.
Analyzing Supply Trends with the Trend Report

Select Trend Report from Logs & Reports.

Run the report for a specific station, supply container, or timeframe.

You can review:
- Total number of items used
- Usage trends over time
- Average monthly usage
- Total cost of supplies
- Cost of expired items

Use this report to track inventory consumption and spending trends.
