Use the SCBA gear list
View details, log events, and set alerts on your SCBA equipment.
Summary
The SCBA Gear List displays all self-contained breathing apparatus equipment across your organization. Administrators can use this page to monitor gear status, view inspection history, make updates, log events, and retire gear as needed.
Instructions
To view and manage your SCBA equipment, navigate to SCBA → Gear List in the navigation panel. This list gives a full view of your gear inventory and includes tools for filtering, exporting, and logging gear activity.
Using the SCBA Gear List

Navigate to SCBA → Gear List from the navigation panel.

Use the search bar at the top or the column filters to find specific gear items.

Click on any column header to sort the information.

Rearrange columns by dragging and dropping them to your preferred order.

Use the View dropdown to hide or show specific fields as needed.

Click the Export option to generate a printable file, Excel spreadsheet, or PDF of your SCBA list.
Viewing and Managing SCBA Details

Click the Details link next to a gear item to view its profile.

The left side displays gear information, including any scheduled events.

The right side shows SCBA history, such as inspections, status changes, assignments, and alerts.

To view history within a specific date range, set the date filter and click View.
Logging Events and Alerts

From the gear list, click the dropdown arrow next to Details to:

Log an event

Set an alert

Print item information

To log events for multiple items:

Select the checkboxes for the gear you want to update.

Click Batch, then choose Batch Log and select the event type.
