VEHICLE & STATION

  • Vehicle/Station Admin can edit the unit an alert is attached to. So if a user mistakenly sets an alert on Engine 1 instead of Truck 1, this can be corrected without having to close and reopen the alert.
  • Added Unit IDs to Transfer Checklists, to make it easier to find the specific vehicle you're looking for.
  • When a users posts to the Journal, the text will reflect if the post was set for the specific station or for the entire department.
  • The Open Alerts and Alert Archive pages have been standardized so all of the column names, searching, and sorting is consistent.
  • Various bug fixes, performance improvements, and security enhancements.

SCBA / PPE / ASSETS

  • The Open Alerts pages (PPE / SCBA / Assets > Alerts > View Open Alerts) have been reformatted into a table view for enhanced searching, filtering, viewing, and exporting.
  • All of the Gear Lists and Logs & Reports pages have been standardized so all of the column names, searching, and sorting is consistent.
  • The Hide All and Hide Gear functions on the PPE Home page (PPE > PPE Home) have been sped up so PPE Admin can quickly see which users have outstanding gear inspections due.
  • When selecting multiple items on the PPE / SCBA / Assets Gear Lists, the number of items selected are highlighted so that it's easy to see.
  • Various bug fixes, performance improvements, and security enhancements.

SUPPLIES

  • The Items, Containers, and Supply List pages - along with the Logs & Reports pages - have been standardized so all of the column names, searching, and sorting is consistent.
  • Various bug fixes, performance improvements, and security enhancements.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

  • The Open Alerts page (Controlled Substances > Alerts > View Open Alerts) has been reformatted into a table view for enhanced searching, filtering, viewing, and exporting.
  • When logging a CS vial transfer, you can search by Control #, Lot #, Exp Date, Concentration, Volume, or NDC (depending on which fields you have enabled). This makes it easier to identify which drugs you're moving, especially when restocking from a vault or safe.
  • Full Admin can quickly see which users have set up their PINs (if PINs have been enabled for the department) by navigating to Settings > Controlled Substances > PIN Settings
  • For departments that utilize the "Medic in Possession" feature in the CS module (where a drug box is locked out to a user until he/she transfers it out of their possession), we created a report that allows you to see which users are in possession of each drug container. This can be viewed by navigating to Controlled Substances > Logs & Reports > Container Possession Report.
  • In addition to being able to batch edit Expiration Date, Lot #, Volume, Concentration, and NDC - if logged incorrectly during a vendor restock - admin can now batch edit Control Numbers (if enabled). This will sequence each number in increments of one, so you don't have to edit each control number individually.
  • Various bug fixes, performance improvements, and security enhancements.
