Here's what we've been working on...
SCBA / PPE / ASSETS
- A warning will display when attempting to add items with serial numbers that already exists in the system, so you don't accidentally input the same gear multiple times. Here's how it works:
This functionality was added to the SCBA and Assets modules in June. We also corrected a minor oversight where the checker was searching for duplicate serial numbers among deleted gear. It will now only find duplicates with active and retired gear. - When searching by Serial or ID # for multiple items, entries that don't return a match will be displayed. This is particularly helpful when searching for a lot of gear to see if the item hasn't been added into PSTrax yet. Here's how it works:

Added a time stamp to the gear list export file names and headers for PPE, SCBA, and Assets.

Fix a bug where the batch edit status modal in PPE was not working when “Add/Remove Scheduled Events” was selected.
SUPPLIES & PROCUREMENT
- Optimized a few key queries on Supplies pages to help speed up load times. Much of this was done in the background, but our July and August updates will include significantly faster page load times in the Supplies module.

Fixed a bug where the Full Supplies Export was unavailable to users without a specific email domain.
CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES
- For agencies using the CS movable container setup, we added a feature that filters the container list based on the location selected. With this enabled, only containers that were last logged at the selected location will show in the Container dropdown.

For agencies using the CS movable container setup, we fixed a bug where tag discrepancy warnings were not working for arriving or departing checks that do not require a full inventory verification on those events.

For agencies using the CS movable container setup, we fixed a bug where Medic/Admin users weren't seeing the Used/Removed transaction types that were set to admin only.
OTHER
- Users with Manage Personnel permissions can add position/role information for their members. Here's how to set this up:

Fixed a bug where users who logged in via SSO were not registering on the user activity reports (User Access Summary and User Access List).
