VEHICLE & STATION

  • The Fleet Status Report (Table) (Vehicle & Station > Fleet Status Report (Table)) has been updated to include the checks due information for each module with vehicle-associated checks (SCBA, Assets, and Supplies). This allows users to see all of their vehicles across the entire fleet; you don't have to log in and out of different stations. And you can search, sort, and filter to see key information (like which vehicles still have outstanding inspections, etc.). The checks due totals also link directly to the checklist, so you can see which items specifically are due.

  • You can now search quickly through all of your vehicles and inspections on the The Fleet Status Report (Mobile) view (Vehicle & Station > Fleet Status Report (Mobile)). The search bar allows you to find and filter specific vehicles quickly - and to log checks, manage vehicles, edit checklists, etc. from a single page.

  • Multiple tasks that are combined into a single alert will now display a red bell icon next to each item. Previously, the red bell icon would only show on the first task in the combined alert.
  • Various bug fixes, performance improvements, and security enhancements.

SCBA / PPE / ASSETS

  • Various bug fixes, performance improvements, and security enhancements.

SUPPLIES

  • Sped up the Inventory Count and Restock event queries, so they run significantly faster than the previous iteration. Some users were experiencing occasional time-out errors with transactions involving a lot of items, but we were able to reduce the processing time from a few minutes (in some cases) to a few seconds.
  • Sped up the Alert Recipients page, which is especially noticeable for departments with a large number of supplies containers.
  • Various bug fixes, performance improvements, and security enhancements.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

  • Updated CS pages to account for multiple drug box tags. While it is somewhat rare for agencies to seal drug boxes with more than one tag, PSTrax allows for up to four distinct tags. The previous tag history, tag discrepancy notifications, and CS Transaction Logs were a few of the pages that were updated. Click here to learn more about tags in PSTrax.
  • Various bug fixes, performance improvements, and security enhancements.

Other

  • The User Access Summary (Settings > Personnel > User Access Summary) was modified to include data for users who log into PSTrax via single sign-on (SSO).
