VEHICLE & STATION

  • You can now enable a vehicle or station checklist task to auto-populate with the task notes from the last time that task was logged. This is useful in scenarios where you want the next person who logs the check to be able to simply verify the information in the notes and update only when needed (e.g. tire pressures, supply quantities, expiration dates, etc.). Vehicle/Station Admin can set this up by editing a task with notes required and setting "Automatically Display Previous Task Note" to Yes. Here's how
  • When you create a new vehicle checklist, by default that checklist will deactivate when the vehicle goes out of service. You can change this settings by editing the "Checklist Default Settings" on the Edit Checklist page.

SCBA / PPE / ASSETS

  • When exporting equipment history and details, we now include all of the details associated with the gear in the PDF and Excel exports.

SUPPLIES

  • Sped up the Transfer event queries, so it runs significantly faster than the previous iteration. Some users were experiencing occasional time-out errors with transactions involving a lot of items, but we were able to reduce the processing time from a few minutes (in some cases) to a few seconds.

Other

  • When adding a comment to or editing an alert, you now have the option to deselect optional alert recipients so that they don't receive an additional notification each time an alert is updated. This allows for alerts to be elevated to different recipients, without sending emails / texts to users that no longer need to be updated about a specific issue.
