Overview

Once activated, the integration pulls key data points from your PSTrax account and displays them in a dedicated, easy-to-read section on your First Arriving dashboard. This enhances situational awareness by making vital readiness information available at a glance, such as:

  • Truck/Vehicle Checks
  • Equipment Checks (PPE, SCBA, Assets)
  • Active Alerts (Unit Name, Alert Type, Date and time posted, Name of personnel who set the alert, Description of the alert)

How to Set Up the Integration

To connect PSTrax to your First Arriving dashboard, email help@pstrax.com. Our team will generate a username and password for your department. Give them to your First Arriving representative to finish the setup.
