Managing supply containers
Assign items to supply closets, vehicles, bags, and any other location where supplies are housed.
Summary
Supply containers store consumables such as warehouse stock, supply closet items, and medical bag contents. In PSTrax, administrators can set up and manage these containers, assign items, and create sub-containers for better organization. While assigning items to a container defines what can be logged, actual supply counts are performed separately by users.
Instructions
To manage supply containers, go to Settings → Supplies → Manage Containers and add a new container. You can create sub-containers to reflect shelves or compartments and assign specific items to them. Supply counts are logged by users through the Perform Supply Check link. Additional actions allow editing, duplicating, or deleting containers.
