Managing asset alerts
Stay on top of issues with your critical equipment.
Summary
Asset alerts allow users to report issues during inspections so that appropriate personnel can be notified and take action. Administrators can then update the alert, log repairs, change asset statuses, and ultimately resolve and archive the alert—all while maintaining a complete history of the asset.
Instructions
Users can set alerts during inspections to notify asset administrators. Once an alert is posted, it will appear on the home screen and in the Alerts tab. Administrators can manage the alert by adding comments, logging repair events, and changing the asset status.
