      PSTrax Import Templates

      Please use the following templates to organize your checklists & inventories, and then send them to us for import into your PSTrax system

      USER ROSTER

      VEHICLE & STATION

      Fill out the templates below and email them to us for import. Once in the PSTrax, the vehicle checklists can be modified by Vehicle/Station Admin.
      • Pre-Build Requirements - Use this template to input information about your stations, vehicles, and SCBA quantities (if applicable) as you'd like it to appear in PSTrax.
      • Vehicle & Station Checks Import Template - Use this template to list out the checklists for each vehicle (operational checks, pre-trip inspections, inventories, etc.) and/or each station (building maintenance, chores, etc.). You can list all checks for all on one tab, or you can put each unit on its own tab.

      NOTE: Several example vehicle & station checklists will be loaded into your system by default, and can be modified within PSTrax by any Vehicle/Station Admin.

      SCBA

      Fill out the templates below and email them to us for import. Once in the PSTrax, the SCBA inventory can be modified by SCBA Admin.

      • Pre-Build Requirements - Use this template to input information about your SCBA quantities (how many packs, cylinders, etc. are riding on each unit). 
      • SCBA Inventory Import Template - Use this template to list information for your SCBA inventories (packs, cylinders, masks, etc.).

      NOTE: Five SCBA events/inspections will be loaded into your system by default: Routine Inspection (NFPA 1952), Air Fill, Flow Test, Hydro Test, and Repair. Events can be added, modified, and scheduled by SCBA Admin.

      PPE

      Fill out the template below and email it to us for import. Once in the PSTrax, the PPE inventory can be modified by PPE Admin.

      • PPE Inventory Import Template - Use this template to list information for your bunker gear inventory (jackets, pants, boots, etc.) - both assigned and unassigned. 

      NOTE: Five PPE events/inspections will be loaded into your system by default: Routine Inspection (NFPA 1951), Post-Incident Inspection, Cleaning, Advanced Inspection & Cleaning, and Repair. Events can be added, modified, and scheduled by PPE Admin.

      ASSETS

      Fill out the template below and email it to us for import. Once in the PSTrax, the assets inventory can be modified by Assets Admin.

      • Assets Inventory Import Template - Use this template to list information for your critical assets (radios, TICs, hose, extrication equipment, EMS monitors, etc.). 

      NOTE: Since assets are wide-ranging, only one event/inspection will be loaded into your system by default: Repair. Events can be added, modified, and scheduled by Assets Admin.

      SUPPLIES

      Fill out the template below and email it to us for import. Once in the PSTrax, the supplies inventory can be modified by Supplies Admin.

      • Supplies Inventory Import Template - Use this template to list your consumable supplies (EMS supplies, station supplies, etc.). To ensure that the reports work properly, please eliminate any duplicate entries. 

      NOTE: The import template is essentially a master list of which supplies you stock across the entire agency. Once imported into PSTrax, the items can be assigned in bulk by Supplies Admin to each warehouse, supply closet, vehicle, etc. Click here for more information.

      CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

      NOTE: Importing controlled substances requires coordination between your department and PSTrax. We want to import your information as quickly as possible to minimize any changes to your stock. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to schedule a go-live date and discuss specifics.
