Logging into PSTrax from a private browser window
Clearing your device's cache
Google Chrome:

Open Chrome: Launch Google Chrome on your computer.

Access Settings: Click on the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the browser window to open the menu. From the drop-down menu, select "Settings."

Go to Privacy and Security: In the Settings tab, scroll down and click on "Privacy and security" in the left sidebar.

Clear Browsing Data: Under the "Privacy and security" section, click on "Clear browsing data."

Choose Time Range and Data Types: A dialog box will appear. Choose the time range for which you want to clear the cache. To clear all data, select "All time." Select the types of data you want to delete, including "Cached images and files."

Clear Data: Click on the "Clear data" button. Chrome will then clear the selected browsing data, including the cache.
Safari:

Open Safari: Launch Safari on your Mac computer.

Access Preferences: Click on "Safari" in the menu bar and select "Preferences."

Go to Privacy: In the Preferences window, click on the "Privacy" tab.

Remove All Website Data: Click on the "Manage Website Data..." button. In the next window, click "Remove All" to delete all website data, including cached files.

Confirm: Safari will ask you to confirm. Click "Remove Now" to clear the cache.
Firefox:

Open Firefox: Launch Mozilla Firefox on your computer.

Access Preferences: Click on the three-line menu in the top-right corner and select "Preferences."

Go to Privacy & Security: In the left sidebar, click on "Privacy & Security."

Clear Data: Scroll down to the "Cookies and Site Data" section. Click on the "Clear Data..." button.

Select Data Types: Ensure "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content" are selected. You can choose the time range as well.

Clear Data: Click "Clear" to remove the selected data types, including cached files.
Logging into PSTrax from a private browser window
Chrome
- Click on the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select "New Incognito Window" from the drop-down menu.
- A new window with a dark background and an incognito icon will open, indicating that it's a private browsing window.
Safari
- Click on "File" in the top menu bar.
- Select "New Private Window" from the drop-down menu.
- A new window with a dark background will open indicating that it's a private browsing window.
Firefox
- Click on the three-line menu in the top-right corner.
- Select "New Private Window" from the drop-down menu.
- A new window with a purple mask icon will open, indicating that it's a private browsing window.
