How to label your SCBA equipment
Make IDs on your packs, cylinders, and other SCBA equipment clearly visible so it's easy to identify when logging on-truck checks, air fills, and more.
Packs, cylinders, masks, RIT packs, and other SCBA equipment include a serial number from the manufacturer. But often times the number is long, hard to read, and/or hidden from view. That's why many departments tracking their equipment in PSTrax use the internal ID field to quickly identify the gear being checked.
