Logs, alerts, checklists, and equipment can be exported out of PSTrax for record-keeping purposes or if you're moving to another platform.

Overview
All of the data that gets logged in PSTrax can be extracted out of the system, depending on what you're after. Here are the types of information you may want to pull.
- Logs - The historical records of every event/transaction that's occurred in the system. They show what got done, when it got done, and who did it.
- Alerts - Documented issues, malfunctions, or discrepancies with equipment. Each alert shows a full account of the original issue along with updates, costs, and repairs done.
- Checks - List of tasks, equipment, and inventories that get inspected for a particular vehicle, station, or piece of equipment.
- Equipment - Any piece of gear (generally higher-dollar equipment like PPE, SCBA, and assets) that includes serial numbers, expiration dates, manufacturer, and other information.
- Users - Crew members assigned to your agency who use PSTrax, or have used it in the past.
Within each module, there are different ways to extract the data your looking for.
Vehicle & Station
- Logs: Export the historical records of logged inspections by going to Vehicle & Station > Logs & Reports > Logs > Set search criteria > Export.
- Alerts: Export documented issues and updates by going to Vehicle & Station > Alerts > Alert Archive > Set search criteria > Export.
- Checks: Go to Vehicle & Station > Logs & Reports > Full Task List Export to export all checklists on all vehicles and stations system-wide. If you prefer to export the checklists for a single vehicle, go to Actions > Edit Checklists > Export.
- Vehicle details: Export all of the information associated with each vehicle (name, year, make, model, VIN, etc.) by going to Vehicle & Station > Logs & Reports > Vehicle Details Export.
- Out-of-service history: Vehicle & Station > Logs & Reports > OOS Report > Set search criteria > Export.
- Vehicle history: Export the history of each vehicle (when it was moved, taken out-of-service and put back in-service, etc.) by going to Actions > View Details & History > Vehicle History > Export.
SCBA
- Logs: Export the historical records of logged inspections by going to SCBA > Logs & Reports > Logs > Set search criteria > Export. This will show each event that got logged (SCBA Check, Hydro Test, Air Fill, etc.). If you prefer to see a list of each individual task that was logged within each event, go to SCBA > Logs & Reports > Logs by Task > Set search criteria > Export.
- Alerts: Export documented issues and updates by going to SCBA > Alerts > Alert Archive > Set search criteria > Export.
- Equipment: Go to SCBA > Logs & Reports > Full Gear List Export to export all SCBA equipment. If you prefer to export specific items, go to SCBA > Gear List > Select specific items > Export.
PPE
- Logs: Export the historical records of logged inspections by going to PPE > Logs & Reports > Logs > Set search criteria > Export. This will show each event that got logged (Routine Inspection, Advanced Inspection, Repair, etc.). If you prefer to see a list of each individual task that was logged within each event, go to PPE > Logs & Reports > Logs by Task > Set search criteria > Export.
- Alerts: Export documented issues and updates by going to PPE > Alerts > Alert Archive > Set search criteria > Export.
- Equipment: Go to PPE > Logs & Reports > Full Gear List Export to export all PPE gear. If you prefer to export specific items, go to PPE > Gear List > Select specific items > Export.
Assets
- Logs: Export the historical records of logged inspections by going to Assets > Logs & Reports > Logs > Set search criteria > Export. This will show each event that got logged (Inventory Check, Repair, etc.). If you prefer to see a list of each individual task that was logged within each event, go to Assets > Logs & Reports > Logs by Task > Set search criteria > Export.
- Alerts: Export documented issues and updates by going to Assets > Alerts > Alert Archive > Set search criteria > Export.
- Equipment: Go to Assets > Logs & Reports > Full Gear List Export to export all assets. If you prefer to export specific items, go to Assets > Assets List > Select specific items > Export.
Supplies
- Logs: Export the historical records of logged inspections by going to Supplies > Logs & Reports > Logs > Set search criteria > Export. This will show each event that got logged (Inventory Count, Usage, etc.). If you prefer to see a list of each individual item that was logged within each event, go to Supplies > Logs & Reports > Logs by Item > Set Search Criteria > Export.
- Master supplies list: For a list of all the item types, go to Settings > Supplies > Manage Items > Select specific items > Export.
- Containers: For a list of the containers that house supplies, go to Settings > Supplies > Manage Containers > Select specific containers > Export.
- Supplies in stock: For a list of your current supplies stock, go to Supplies > Supplies List > Set search criteria > Export.
Controlled Substances
- Logs: Export the historical records of logged inspections by going to Controlled Substances > Logs & Reports > CS Transaction Logs > Set search criteria > Export. This will show each event that got logged (Inventory Count, Usage, etc.).
- Vial List: For a list of all the active vials in your system, go to Controlled Substances > Vial List > Select specific vials > Export.
- Vial Archive: For a list of all the archived vials that have been removed from your system, go to Controlled Substances > Logs & Reports > Vial Archive > Select specific vials > Export.
- Containers: For a list of the containers that house controlled substances, go to Settings > Controlled Substances > Manage Containers > Export.
Users
- Active users: Export a list of active PSTrax users by going to Settings > Personnel > User List > Export.
- Inactive users: Export a list of former PSTrax users who have been deactivated by going to Settings > Personnel > User List > Inactive Users (in the dropdown next to "Add User" in the upper right corner) > Export.
